Kris Alderman represents employee benefit plans, plan sponsors, participants and beneficiaries, insurers, plan fiduciaries, third party administrators, and employee benefits consultants in a wide variety of matters related to plan administration.  He represents insured and self-funded plans.

Kris has extensively represented clients engaged in disputes related to healthcare reimbursement, including claim audits and reinsurance matters, and ERISA litigation.  He counsels clients regarding issues related to COBRA, HIPAA, PPACA, Medicare Secondary Payer Act, and ERISA.  Kris represents clients in managed care litigation.  He also represents parties with respect to Medicare and Medicaid billing disputes.

Kris represents clients in employment and labor matters involving employment discrimination, Family and Medical Leave Act claims, and COBRA.  His experience includes advocating for clients in court and before the EEOC.
