Dina Anagnopoulos is an associate in the firm's Phoenix office. She practices in the area of healthcare law which includes the defense of healthcare providers and medical facilities in medical malpractice and wrongful death lawsuits. Her experience includes various aspects of litigation and trial practice, including drafting initial pleadings, discovery, motions, and conducting and defending depositions; preparation of motions in limine, trial memoranda, pre-trial statements, jury instructions, post-trial motions and appellate briefs.

Throughout her legal career, Ms. Anagnopoulos has litigated a variety of matters including insurance defense, personal injuries, wrongful death, dram shop liability, construction defect and contract disputes. She has experience in representing individuals, businesses, bars, restaurants, subcontractors and general contractors against claims of negligence, breach of contract, breach of implied and express warranties, and against claims for indemnity, violations of statutes and punitive damages.

Prior to working in civil litigation, Ms. Anagnopoulos was a criminal prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. She was involved in all stages of criminal litigation from the charging and grand jury phase all the way through felony jury trials.
