Allison Arabian is a partner in the firm’s Orange County office. The focus of her practice is in the area of appellate law and she is a member of the firm’s Appellate Practice Group. The emphasis of her practice is on civil appeals and writs, and post-trial motions, where an appeal is anticipated.

Ms. Arabian has personally drafted over 80 appellate briefs, writs and petitions in the appellate courts in the State of California and in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
