Ms. Arnold represents employers, insurers and self-insured employers in workers’ compensation matters throughout the State of Colorado. Ms. Arnold has handled workers’ compensation matters since 2003. 

At the Colorado Attorney General’s Office Ms. Arnold represented the Subsequent Injury Fund and the Major Medical Insurance Fund in workers’ compensation matters before the Office of Administrative Courts. Ms. Arnold provided Attorney General Informal Opinion memoranda to the Subsequent Injury Fund and the Major Medical Insurance Fund regarding various workers’ compensation matters. Ms. Arnold also represented various State Agencies in employment matters before the Office of Administrative Courts.

At the Colorado Attorney General’s Office Ms. Arnold focused on client education through frequent lecturing and training workshops to all State of Colorado agencies and regional training workshops for specific State Agencies.
