Rima Badawiya is a partner in the firm's San Bernardino office and one of the Vice Chairs of the Healthcare Regulatory and Compliance practice group. Ms. Badawiya's civil trial practice focuses on the defense of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare and long-term care professionals and organizations. She also has considerable experience in the areas of complex litigation, business torts and contract law as well as defending claims brought under the American with Disabilities Act.
