Mr. Bigos has been practicing law since 2007. He began his career working on employment-related dispute resolution matters for an multilateral, international organization based in Washington D.C. He then spent over five years as an attorney with one of the largest federal law enforcement agencies, where he represented the agency in labor and employment matters and collaborated with the Department of Justice in civil litigation matters to defend the federal government.

Mr. Bigos has experience in several aspects of employment litigation including matters relating to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Merit Systems Protection Board, Federal Labor Relations Authority, civil litigation, and arbitration.
