Mark Boran’s practice is principally focused in the areas of commercial litigation, premises liability, and construction defect. He is also experienced in the defense of transportation matters.
Mr. Boran is an experienced trial lawyer and has handled matters throughout the California court system including a recent jury trial in San Bernardino Superior Court involving construction defect and subrogation issues.
Mr. Boran also has extensive construction administration and project management experience as these disciplines relate to construction litigation. He has overseen the design, bid, and construction of projects situated in California. In those situations, he has interfaced with owners, clients, design professionals, state agencies, inspectors, general contractors, and subcontractors to develop, design, construct, and close-out projects in excess of $1,000,000.00.
