Jason Chermela is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a vice-chair of the national Hospitality / General Liability Practice. He has over 16 years experience litigating cases. Mr. Chermela practices in the area of hospitality litigation and works with local and national hospitality clients in all aspects of premises, security claims (inclusive of assault and battery and false imprisonment claims), food service, and other related business matters.
Mr. Chermela also practices in the areas of general liability. His specialties include premises liability, hotel and restaurant related claims, personal injury defense, and all matters relative to transportation (including defending high exposure trucking and automobile claims).
