Andrew B. Clauss is a partner in the firm’s Denver office. Mr. Clauss has represented clients in a variety of civil litigation, commercial law and advisory matters. He has litigated cases in state and federal courts around the country and before various arbitration panels and administrative and governmental tribunals and boards. Mr. Clauss has litigated cases involving a variety of subject matters, including breach of contract, business torts, and related commercial disputes. He has also advised clients on a variety of business and legal matters, particularly in the areas of records retention, electronic privacy, internet and social media, and electronic discovery. He has lectured around the country on topics ranging from electronic discovery and records retention to what companies look for in outside counsel.

Mr. Clauss served as a Deputy Attorney General with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. He has also served in various volunteer and pro bono capacities, recently as a Board Member for a suburban Denver K-8 Charter School.
