Tracy Costantino has substantial experience representing employers in litigation matters which include wrongful termination, employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment and wage and hour issues, including class action defense. In addition to employment-related litigation, Ms. Costantino provides preventative employment counseling to clients regarding employment contracts, employee privacy rights, reductions in force, terminations, employee discipline and investigations into employee complaints. Her practice is dedicated exclusively to defending employers in employment litigation and counseling. She currently leads one of the firm’s wage and hour class action teams.

Ms. Costantino has practiced and appeared before all types of tribunals from administrative hearing boards to the Court of Appeal in California. She also has extensive litigation experience in both California State and Federal Courts. Her most recent accomplishments include a successful summary judgment motion in a wage and hour class action prior to any motion for class certification was filed and successfully defending an employer before the DLSE for various wage claims for unpaid overtime and missed meal and rest periods.

Outside of work, Ms. Costantino enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, running (to work off all that food), and playing tennis.
