Clare M. Cunningham relies on her sharp strategic judgment and extensive experience in resolving a wide array of civil litigation matters. Since 2002, Clare has defended numerous General Liability and Construction/Labor law cases for building owners, contractors, and municipal agencies, involving personal injury and property damage claims. Her civil defense practice also includes experience with Automobile and Transportation liability, Premises Liability, and Dram Shop claims. Clare has diverse experience handling all aspects of claims and litigation assessment, management, and resolution.
