Darrell Dennis is the Managing Partner of the firm’s Las Vegas, NV office and is a Vice-Chair of the Firm’s General Liability Practice Group. Mr. Dennis’ defense practice is focused in the areas of auto and trucking liability, products liability and complex tort litigation, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. Mr. Dennis and his team have extensive experience in the defense of taxi-cab and limousine companies in NV. Mr. Dennis also defends business entities on claims of false imprisonment, third-party and employee assault and battery, security matters, and slip/trip and falls. Mr. Dennis has over 17 years of legal experience, practicing in the NM and NV State and Federal Courts. Mr. Dennis has extensive trial experience, as well as experience with alternative dispute resolution methods, including court ordered and binding arbitration and mediation.
