Madonna L. Devling is a member of the firm-wide General Liability Practice Group, the Hospitality Practice Group, the Employment Law Practice Group, and has extensive experience in civil litigation of personal injury claims involving construction site and premises liability accidents. 

Ms. Devling’s practice also includes employment matters. She defends employers on claims of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation based on race, gender, age and religion. In addition, she advises employers on compliance with employment related laws.

Ms. Devling also handles construction defect cases and has represented numerous contractors hired for residential, industrial, and commercial projects.

Ms. Devling has represented a wide variety of clients including hotels, construction companies, grocery stores, schools, hospitals and religious organizations. Clients whom she has represented include Walt Disney World Co.; Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.; Montage Hotels & Resorts, LLC; Marriott; Allstate Insurance Company; the Seventh-day Adventist Church; and Starbucks.
