Don M. Drysdale's practice specializes in franchise documentation and domestic and international regulatory compliance by franchisors. Previously, Mr. Drysdale was Vice President and General Counsel of Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates, Inc., where he established and supervised the legal department of the organization as it grew to more than 1,000 franchisees.

He was an initial member of the California State Bar Franchise and Distribution Law Advisory Commission (which created the Franchise and Distribution Law Specialty), past Chair of the Franchise Law Committee of the State Bar of California, past member of the International Franchise Association Legal/Legislative Committee, past Director of Membership for the California Franchise Association, past member of the Franchise Development Task Force to the President Pro Tempore of the California Senate, past member of the Advisory Commission to the California Senate on Franchising Matters, and past Chair of the Business Law Committee of the Asia-Pacific Lawyers Association.
