Shawn Ford is a partner in the firm's Kansas City office. Mr. Ford's practice embraces every aspect of traditional labor relations, employment law, day-to-day counseling, training, administrative proceedings, litigation, and litigation management.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Ford served as General Counsel and Managing Director of Labor Relations for a multi-national transportation company. Prior to that, he was an operations manager for a Class I railway. These experiences have helped to make him acutely aware of the importance of crafting solutions that are both practically and administratively feasible for corporate clients.
