Glenn Friedman serves as Vice-Chair of the firm-wide Toxic Tort and Environmental Litigation department. He specializes in litigation and insurance coverage matters emphasizing hazardous waste, toxic tort, construction defect, products liability, real property and general liability issues.

Mr. Friedman has defended a wide range of multi-party environmental and toxic tort cases involving mold and water intrusion, DBCP groundwater exposure, contamination from leaking underground storage tanks, refineries, manufacturing and chemical plants, service stations and dry cleaning facilities, habitability, silicosis, benzene, asbestos and latex glove liability, among others. He also has extensive experience handling construction defect actions for many types of contractors and design professionals and has been involved with a wide range of personal injury and property damage matters.
