Kristol is a partner in the firm's Employment and Labor Practice in the Las Vegas office. She defends employers in litigation involving employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, wage and hour disputes, non-competition agreements, trade secrets, and other employment torts. Kristol also counsels and trains employers and supervisors on personnel practices including employee handbooks and policies, sexual harassment and discrimination claims, employee hiring and termination practices, wage and hour compliance, and family and medical leave and other leaves of absence.
