Ms. Gorman’s practice is focused in the areas of insurance defense litigation, products liability and employer liability. She has represented a number of employers, manufacturers, and premise owners in general liability matters. She has successfully represented a variety of clients in mediations, extended pretrial negotiations, in trial, and in federal and state proceedings. Ms. Gorman has recently obtained summary judgment rulings in favor of a number of her clients in Ohio and West Virginia.
