Lee is a senior associate in the Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois. Lee has extensive litigation experience in defending medical negligence actions on behalf of physicians, nurses, and healthcare entities. He has also defended numerous motor vehicle accident cases, products liability cases, trucking cases, and premises liability cases.

Lee has significant litigation experience in successfully drafting and arguing dispositive motions, including motions to dismiss, motions for judgment on the pleadings, and motions for summary judgment. He is similarly experienced in defending against claims for punitive damages, conducting and defending depositions, negotiating settlements, assisting with all aspects of trial preparation and trying cases to verdict.

Lee received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law in 2008. While attending law school, Lee served as an articles editor on the Business Law Review and received the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award for his volunteer work in the community.
