Kelley Harman is a litigation associate in the firm’s Real Estate & Public Agency department as well as the Professional Liability group. She litigates claims brought against and in behalf of various public entities in Los Angeles.

Immediately prior to joining the firm, Ms. Harman spent six years at a private defense firm in Los Angeles, where she litigated in the areas of products liability, premises liability, automobile negligence, trucking accident liability, and general tort litigation. Ms. Harman has co-chaired as trial counsel on several jury trials and arbitrations. She has also successfully written California appellate briefs and has argued several matters before the California Court of Appeals.
