Mr. Harmon has experience defending businesses and corporations of all sizes, as well as their management and employees, in employment-related lawsuits. Mr. Harmon has experience in all aspects of employment litigation including the following types of actions: wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour. Mr. Harmon has defended employers in wage and hour audits brought by the Department of Labor. Mr. Harmon also has experience conducting independent investigations of workplace harassment and counseling employers and their respective employees to proactively avoid employment-related lawsuits.
