Courtney’s practice emphasizes employment litigation and counseling at all stages of the employment relationship. Courtney has litigated and tried matters in California and in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout the country. Courtney also regularly represents employers before state and federal agencies and handles arbitrations and mediations on behalf of employers.
