John Haubrich, Jr. is partner in Lewis Brisbois' Employment and Labor Practice and a resident of the Los Angeles County Office. Mr. Haubrich focuses his practice solely on representing and counseling employers in employment-related matters, including large scale, multi-party litigation, appellate issues, employment policy preparation, and training.
Mr. Haubrich has represented employers in California State Courts as well as Federal Courts. He has extensive experience in representing employers in single and multi-party discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination actions. In addition, Mr. Haubrich has defended employers in both single-plaintiff and class action wage and hour litigation. He has significant experience in all aspects of litigation through discovery and the dispositive motion process.
Mr. Haubrich also has extensive experience in counseling employers on all employment related issues and has conducted seminars on various issues including conducting workplace investigations.
