David Hudak is a partner in the firm's Cleveland office. David has been involved in the defense of cases in numerous jurisdictions such as Pennsylvania, California, Washington, Illinois and Ohio. He has been involved in both state court actions as well as Federal Court actions.

Much of David’s experience lies in the defense of medical negligence claims. Over the years, David has been instrumental in the defense of many medical professionals, nursing homes, pharmacists and hospitals. He has used to his advantage his previous scientific education in the defense of medical professionals. David has been involved in the defense of internal medicine physicians, vascular surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, radiologists, obstetricians, transplant surgeons, infectious disease physicians, and cardiothoracic surgeons, to name a few.

David holds a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in biology from Denison University and Bowling Green State University, respectively. While pursuing his Master’s degree David performed research using molecular biology techniques on the anti-cancer drug Cis-platin in bacterial vectors. Prior to his legal career, he spent five years as an instructor at a local area college. He taught biology major candidates and nursing student classes such as Microbiology, Anatomy and Physiology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Zoology and General Biology. He then completed law school at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
