Nicholas Hurzeler is a partner working on appellate matters within the firm’s General Liability and Appellate Practice Groups. Mr. Hurzeler spends the bulk of his time briefing and arguing appeals in the First and Second Departments of New York’s Appellate Divisions, with a strong track record of success. He also handles extensive motion practice for a variety of general liability matters. Finally, Nick defends general liability cases in the New York State and Federal Courts.
