Lawrence D. Jackson is a partner in the Professional Liability, Life Science, and Data Privacy and Network Security Practice Groups. For over 23 years, Larry has represented insurers and their insureds in connection with professional liability claims and insurance coverage disputes.

More recently, Larry has managed and directed complex, multi-party liability and insurance coverage cases litigated in state and federal courts throughout the United States involving professional liability, data privacy and network security claims. He also has significant experience involving catastrophic injury claims implicating excess liability coverage issues.

Larry routinely serve as coverage and monitoring counsel to help his clients minimize risk and reduce their exposure under various professional liability lines of coverage, cyber, and data privacy policies. Larry defends professionals including health care professionals, lawyers, engineers and contractors, officers and directors, insurance and real estate agents and other professionals in professional liability lawsuits.
