Heather Jensen is a partner in the firm’s Seattle office. She focuses her practice in the areas of healthcare and elder law, and recently obtained a defense verdict in a wrongful death suit against a skilled nursing facility. Ms. Jensen also has extensive experience defending clients against personal injury, defamation, sexual misconduct, commercial auto litigation, and other general liability claims. She is a member of the Washington and Seattle-King County Bar Associations, and was selected as a 2007 Rising Star by Law and Politics magazine.
