David M. Jones has been practicing in Nevada since 1992. He specializes in personal injury defense. His past cases have involved wrongful death, catastrophic injuries and major hotel disasters. He has also been involved in product liability matters in everything from SUV designs to smoke detection systems. Previously, he has also represented Plaintiffs in personal injury actions.

Mr. Jones is a Native of Nevada. He completed his undergraduate studies at Arizona State University, graduating as the Distinguished Graduate in the College of Education. He taught in the Clark County School District. Mr. Jones obtained his juris doctorate degree from University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
