Kyle Jones practices in the firm’s Professional Liability group. His practice primarily focuses on the defense of investment advisors, registered representatives, and insurance professionals in state court cases and FINRA claims.  Mr. Jones has successfully defended claims involving a variety of annuities, alternative investments, options, and other investment products and strategies.  Mr. Jones also has significant experience defending lawsuits arising out of failed IRC section 419 welfare benefit plans.
