Kate Kennedy is a Partner with the firm’s Kentucky office. Kate handles all types of insurance defense, Workers’ compensation, employment law, pharmacy liability, premises liability, construction law, and insurance coverage cases.

Kate volunteers as a Leader with Habitat for Humanity, Young Professionals Section, to help raise money for the organization. She is a lifelong Kentucky resident, enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and remodeling her home. Kate is also a devoted UK football and basketball fan. Kate is also a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, Women’s Law, Workers’ Compensation and Tort/Insurance Committees, the Ohio State Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, and the Northern Kentucky Bar Association.
