Marcus Lee is an associate of Lewis Brisbois' Employment and Labor Practice in the San Francisco office and is a member of the firm's Korean Business and Litigation Group. He represents and counsels employers in employment-related matters including litigation, risk management, and policy preparation.

Mr. Lee’s litigation and trial experience includes civil suits in both state and federal courts ranging from general business litigation to labor and employment disputes involving sexual harassment, gender age and race discrimination, and wage and hour disputes. In 2015, Mr. Lee served as lead trial counsel and successfully obtained judgment in favor of client and an award of attorneys’ fees in a wage and hour case. He has also served as second chair in a $20 million wrongful death jury case.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Lee represented and advised entertainment clients on employment and corporate related matters for several years from a boutique practice in Beverly Hills, California.

During his two-year accelerated J.D. program at Southwestern Law School, Mr. Lee participated in the Trial Advocacy Honors Program, competed in Moot Court, and wrote on the legality of targeted killings using unmanned aerial vehicles for the Southwestern International Law Journal.

Mr. Lee is fluent in Korean speaking and adept in Korean writing.
