Jessica Lienau Beckwith is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate & Public Agency department as well as the Professional Liability group. She represents public entities in real estate, environmental and municipal law matters. Ms. Beckwith also defends attorneys before the California State Bar and advises attorneys and law firms on legal ethics and practice management.

Immediately prior to joining the firm, Ms. Beckwith spent two and a half years at the State Bar of California, Office of Chief Trial Counsel, as both a Deputy and Senior Trial Counsel. During her time at the State Bar, Ms. Beckwith represented both the State Bar in disciplinary actions against attorneys as well as the Committee of Bar Examiners in admissions and reinstatement matters.

Ms. Beckwith previously practiced in Arizona at a private firm in the areas of energy and legal ethics advising both public and private sector attorneys.
