David Litt is a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office. His statewide practice includes trial experience in cases involving property damage, personal injury, and wrongful death based upon products liability, premises liability, and negligence.  Mr. Litt  also has experience in both state and federal courts in the areas of California Lemon Law and consumer protection, medical malpractice, sports and entertainment liability, and business litigation.

Mr. Litt is also a member of the firm’s Business Practices group, and has extensive experience managing corporate and business transactions, including drafting and negotiating distribution agreements, manufacturer advertising pricing policies, terms and conditions of sale, licensing agreements, and product warning labels.
