Joseph R. Lordan is a partner in the San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP.
Mr. Lordan practices in the firm’s Employment and Labor Group concentrating on:
- Employment Practices - all aspects of employment and labor litigation representing public entities and corporations of all sizes, as well as their management and employees in employment-related lawsuits, encompassing numerous areas including: claims of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation based on race, gender, age, disability, pregnancy, and religion; wage and hour issues; wrongful termination litigation; invasion of privacy; trade secret misappropriation; and risk management counseling. Mr. Lordan provides preventive counseling to employers regarding all employment practices, including drafting and auditing employee handbooks, preparing employment agreements, auditing exempt/non-exempt status, and evaluating termination decisions.
