Greg Lynch, Co-Chair of the Lewis Brisbois National Healthcare Practice, has over thirty years experience in the representation of health care practitioners. He tried his first Superior Court jury trial to verdict when he was just a second year attorney, and the jury returned a verdict in his client’s favor. Since then Greg has tried over 75 jury trials, mostly medical malpractice lawsuits. He specializes in representing physicians, surgeons and hospitals in medical malpractice lawsuits and extra-judicial proceedings, including binding Arbitration Hearings and Medical Board proceedings.
When Greg was elected an associate to the American Board of Trial Lawyers (ABOTA) he was at the time one of the youngest people invited to join the organization. Membership in ABOTA is limited to those attorneys with significant jury trial experience. Greg holds the rank of Advocate, the rank held by trial lawyers with more than 50 jury trials.
Similarly, when Greg was inducted as a Fellow to the American College of Trial Lawyers he was among the youngest attorneys inducted. The American College of Trial Lawyers is composed of the best of the trial bar from the United States and Canada, and is widely considered to be the premier professional trial organization in America. Fellowship is extended only by invitation, after careful investigation, to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality. The vetting process for this organization includes references by Judges to whom the candidate has tried cases to, as well as opposing attorneys who are questioned on the candidates trial skills, ethics, morality and civility.
