David Martin specializes in public entity, commercial, general liability, and employment law. He obtained a defense verdict in a jury trial involving claims of private nuisance and harassment. He successfully argued before the Second District Court of Appeal (2014 WL 2532277). He has successfully moved for summary judgment in both federal court and state court. He was selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine. He has written articles that were published in the Daily Journal, the Orange County Lawyer, Public Risk, and The Journal of American Law.
David graduated from UCLA Law School, where he founded the UCLA Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. Prior to law school, he completed internships at the Federal Judicial Center and the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington, D.C. During his studies, David was named as a Presidential Scholar, Heritage Scholar, Humane Studies Fellow, and Sunmark Foundation Scholar.
