Mr. McCormick specializes in the analysis and litigation of complex construction disputes, insurance coverage issues, and personal injury matters. Outside the litigation context, he advises clients in a variety of areas, including indemnity and insurance issues, drafting contracts, informal dispute resolution, and pre-litigation strategy. He handles matters throughout California and Nevada.

Mr. McCormick is also experienced in defending Homeowners Associations against claims involving common area maintenance and management.  These include claims by homeowners and business owners arising from catastrophic events such as floods, and claims asserted under the Davis-Stirling Act.
