Ms. McCrary’s practice focuses primarily on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, specializing in claims and lawsuits arising from first party coverage disputes and suspicious losses. Ms. McCrary also has experience handling products liability, general and professional liability, construction disputes, and collection matters.

Ms. McCrary was formerly in the firm’s environmental and toxic tort group specializing in litigation of environmental/toxic tort exposures, and land use and real property issues. Ms. McCrary’s construction and business experience includes representation of contractors, businesses, and municipalities in transactional and litigation matters including workplace related incidents, general contract and judgment enforcement, and contractor’s licensing issues.

Ms. McCrary is experienced in both the public and private sector in transactional and litigation matters relating to land use planning/entitlement, and State and Federal environmental compliance issues.
