Karen Tang Milligan focuses her practice in the area of professional liability, including the representation of real estate and insurance brokers and agents. Ms. Milligan also handles surety bond matters.

Ms. Milligan also has extensive experience litigating a wide variety of cases including general liability, premises liability, motorcycle/vehicle accidents, indemnity claims, habitability, and legal malpractice matters. Ms. Milligan has also defended many high damage exposure cases, obtained dismissals on matters she defended through summary judgment motions, and have successfully represented her clients in both mediation and arbitration.
