Stephanie Nashban has considerable experience in the area of insurance coverage and insurance coverage litigation. She represents some of the nation’s leading insurers in the following types of matters:

• Complex securities and derivative litigation against corporations and their directors and officers, accountants, partnerships, lawyers and other professionals.
• Representation of insurance companies in litigation, arbitration, mediation and other alternative dispute resolutions of contractual and bad faith claims by insureds.
• Policy and endorsement drafting and development of new insurance products.
• Coverage litigation involving myriad insurance issues, including insured v. insured, reimbursement, disgorgement, and pending/prior litigation.
