Rick J. Nehoraoff is an attorney at the Orange County office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP. Mr. Nehoraoff's practice focuses exclusively on defense-oriented general civil litigation, ranging from premise liability and personal injury actions to an array of construction defect related matters.

Mr. Nehoraoff completed his undergraduate coursework at the University of California, Berkeley, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies. Subsequently, Mr. Nehoraoff obtained his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law. During that time, Mr. Nehoraoff had the pleasure of clerking for the Honorable Judge Jamie Jacobs-May of the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, Mr. Nehoraoff's practice focused largely on the defense of major financial institutions in litigation arising out of residential financing, including boundary and title disputes, real estate fraud and the like.

Mr. Nehoraoff is licensed to practice before all of the California State and District Courts. Additionally, Mr. Nehoraoff recently sat for and passed the Arizona State Bar Examination.
