Damian Northcutt is an associate at the firm’s San Bernardino office. His practice focuses on all phases of pre-trial litigation in matters related to healthcare, medical malpractice, and elder law. As a member of the Southern California Long Term Care Practice team, Mr. Northcutt has successfully defended nursing homes, residential care facilities, mental health facilities, and physicians. Mr. Northcutt also handles complex class action lawsuits involving elder abuse.

In addition to his civil litigation practice, Mr. Northcutt handles probate and estate planning matters. As a former Probate Examiner, he has extensive experience handling decedent’s estates. Mr. Northcutt provides personalized estate planning services for his clients, including the preparation of wills, trusts, healthcare directives, and durable powers of attorney.
