Mr. O’Brien is an experienced commercial litigation attorney, whose practice is focused on large, complex litigation cases relating to products liability, intellectual property, RICO, Lanham Act, and food law. He represents clients on a national basis in both Federal and State courts. He has extensive experience representing clients in all phases of litigation including discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial, and appeal.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, Mr. O’Brien worked at Williams, Montgomery & John Ltd., a highly respected commercial litigation boutique in Chicago, Illinois.
