Mr. Owens’ practice focuses on products liability and general commercial litigation in state and federal courts. He has extensive experience in all facets of federal and state court litigation, including law and motion, depositions, expert discovery, trials and appellate briefing and argument.  Mr. Owens has represented a wide variety of product manufacturers in both product liability and commercial disputes, including such products as paint, medical devices, household appliances, industrial machinery, automobiles, fireworks and home crafts.  His experience encompasses claims of personal injury, property damage and business loss.

Mr. Owens’ experience as trial counsel in jury and court trials includes cases involving  cardiac pacing leads, pneumatic tourniquets, electroconvulsive therapy equipment, fire cause and origin, and unfair competition.
