Young Kook Park is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. His current areas of practice emphasize employment litigation, including all aspects of employment and labor litigation representing businesses of all sizes, as well as their management and employees in employment-related lawsuits. This encompasses numerous areas, including employment contracts, claims of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation based on race, gender, age, disability, pregnancy and religion, wage and hour issues, and class actions.

During law school, Mr. Park was a member of the Communications and Entertainment Law Journal. He also spent time as an intern at the Federal Communications Commission, and clerked at a Los Angeles-based firm focused on business and employment matters.
