Bruce Peisner has been a partner in the Tampa office since November 2, 2009. Over the last 15 years, his legal practice has been concentrated in the defense of nursing homes and assisted living facilities. He has participated in more than two dozen trials and arbitrations involving long-term care institutions and has litigated hundreds of other such cases. In addition, Mr. Peisner has had significant litigation and trial experience in matters involving personal injury, family law and business litigation. He has defended and tried personal injury and general liability cases on behalf of the Tri-County Lynx Bus System in Orlando, Florida and on behalf of Orange County, Florida. He also has several notable appellate decisions that have been published. His most recent speaking engagement was the presentation of a mock trial of a long-term care case to Leading Age Florida at their annual meeting.
