Mr. Pernsteiner practices primarily in the areas of professional liability, commercial litigation, and appellate practice. After being admitted to the Nevada State Bar in 2001, Mr. Pernsteiner served as a judicial clerk at the Nevada Supreme Court for two years before entering private practice. Mr. Pernsteiner has successfully represented a variety of clients from large institutions and entities, to small businesses and invidividuals, and he has appeared on behalf of his clients before state and federal courts and other regulatory bodies.
