Frank Perrott, one of the Central Valley’s most experienced construction lawyers, specializes in all aspects of construction law, from the negotiation and drafting of contract documents for private and public works to the resolution of all manner of construction-related disputes through mediation, arbitration, and jury trial. Mr. Perrott’s clients include regional and national contractors, developers, and architectural and engineering firms. Mr. Perrott also frequently represents architects and engineers in construction and design defect litigation on behalf of various professional liability insurers.

In addition to his construction law practice, Mr. Perrott is a licensed real estate broker, with experience drafting and negotiating commercial and residential leases and purchase and sale agreements.  He also represents real estate brokers and agents in connection with disputed real estate transactions and license revocation hearings.
