Miriam Rana represents public agencies in eminent domain, inverse condemnation and workers’ compensation actions. She handles all aspects of cases from inception through conclusion. Ms. Rana takes and defends depositions, attends hearings and conducts trials before the Los Angeles Superior Court and the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. Ms. Rana defends against Labor Code §132(a) claims and allegations of serious and willful misconduct. She also researches and prepares petitions for reconsideration and applications for writ of review.
