Chuck Reed is Vice Chair of the Products Liability Practice. Mr. Reed is an experienced trial attorney who has defended clients across the country in complex civil litigation. He handles the defense of product liability cases for manufacturers and distributors, intellectual property litigation, commercial litigation and transportation litigation. He has defended automotive, general aviation engine, medical device, industrial equipment, recreational product, watercraft and tool and other manufacturers and distributors in product liability lawsuits. Additionally, he handles patent litigation and class actions.

His litigation experience is domestic and international in scope. Mr. Reed and his team have guided various document and data collection projects to assist clients in coordinating discovery efforts. Additionally, Mr. Reed has assisted automotive industry clients in their dealings with various government agencies such as NHTSA. Mr. Reed has been named a "Georgia Super Lawyer" by Atlanta Magazine, named one of Georgia's "Legal Elite" by Georgia Trend magazine and is an AV® Preeminent peer review rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell. Additionally, Mr. Reed often serves as an instructor on the topics of trial practice and trial techniques.
